 1.Q:What kinds Of synthetic rattan do you used ?

A:The rattan we use for our product is SGS Tested synthetic rattan, which is made from 99.8% Polyethylene and 0.2% Ash. This  kind of rattan is UV resistant and waterproof. It can last long time and the color never fades away.

2.Q:What's the warranty of synthetic rattan? 

A:All of our rattan can provide 3 years warranty While above warranty does not include the damage by improper ,unreasonable condition and abusive use

3.Q:Is there any other cushion fabric available?

A:Yes .we not only use the nomal polyester waterproof fabric but also could used the sunbrella fabric and spun fabric to achieve asoft and comfortable cushions products.

4.Q:What’s the thickness of aluminium frame work ?

A:Normally we use 1.2  thickness aluminium but also upon the requeste of our customers

5.Q: Does OEM order available?

A:Yes .we do while please pass necessary details for process .also we will keep it as secret.

6.Q:What’s your OEM procedure 

A:1)  Technical drawing process 3-5 days after order confirmed .
    2)   Molding process: 25-30 days after drawing approved
    3)   Delivery time 30-45days depending on quantity

7.Q:What is the lead time ?

A:We normally require 4 weeks ,however it may fluctuate according on the peak season and order items choosed.

8.Q:Can I visit the facotry ?

A:Yes we warmly welcome you to visit our factory and showroom at your convenience time.

9.Q: What‘s Payment Term ?

A: We can accept payment by T/T . L/C or  West Union

10.Q :what‘s shipping document sunshine outdoor furniture can offer?

A:Usually we will prepare commercial invoice .packing list and Bill of loading .
     Also China form A and certificate of original will available upon request

11 .Q: What the packing ?

A:Usually for package, we use craft paper or weave bag,also carton is available
      It depend on the product size and character.

12. Q :Order System

A :1.) Sample request Sure we can provide our buyer some sample base on following conditions
           For less than 10 pcs new sample orders it will add 30% sample fee while we will refund to next mass product
           OEM designe would be welcome and will be handled confidentiallly.
      2. ) FCL shipment (Full container loading )
           For help our buyer learn more about the quality and striving for flexible trade term
           We accept the Mixed container laoding with no more than 8 items
